I give them 1 star because the gentleman who does the art is very talented and seemed like a nice guy and there isn't a spot for zero stars. His wife, the other owner, needs a lesson in customer service. I wanted a chance to look at some of their items at POINTFEST, and it was pouring down rain. Perfect opportunity right? Before I even have a chance to make my way under their tent, I get snide comments and she starts to pick a fight with me about being under her tent... in the thunderstorm!
Did she think I was just looking for free shelter? She called me a terrible name, and apparently I'm "useless". LOL Whatever that means in context. WOW. I have never been treated so horribly by anybody, let alone a small start up company. You would think they'd want to drum up business after only being in business for 3 years. Such a shame....Please, there are many talented artists out there, go take your money elsewhere.
