Artery Planet No service, no assistance, no response to emails , Internet
What happened to Artery Planet? I recently renewed my hosting service for the upcoming year. A few days later, my web site went offline. I've sent multiple emails to their support center, and even sent emails to their sales & service department, but I have not received a single correspondence back! For the past two weeks, my web site has been down and I can't get anyone to even acknowledge my requests for help! Has the company gone out of business, or are they just ignoring their clients once the check has cleared?? IF I CAN EVER get them to correspond with me, I'm going to cancel my account and ask for a refund. There are FAR TOO MANY hosting providers to put up with this pathetic level of service.
