Ashley Anderson Boutique Teacup Puppies Failed to provide registration papers for Scarlett O'Hara (formerly Betty Boop) Internet
Despite numerous e-mail requests, this Seller has failed to provide a copy of registration papers for a purchased puppy in July 2011. I fulfilled all of the terms of our agreement, yet have not even had the courtesy of a reply to my inquiries.
