STOP!!!!!! DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH ASSIST2SELL in SANTA CLARITA!!!!!!!

March 28,2016, I made the mistake of believing the Agent V. that I could do a Trial of their service....just to see if Assist2Sell, a wholesale Real estate agency (a McDonald's of the Real estate industry) would be able to provide acceptable service. I trusted so much (I USED THEM TO BUY THE SAME HOUSE i WAS TRYING TO LIST ONLY THREE SHORT MONTHS LATER BECAUSE OF A FAMILY SITUATION), that I just signed their paperwork. Three weeks later....ONE SHOWING!!!!! omg!!!!! my house is in a beautiful, exclusive neighborhood in Newhall; biggest in the area; nicely maintained and decorated; no other competition; in a hot market; etc etc. It was unreal!!!! Of course, with no results, that means no aggressive online marketing; door to door knocking; networking events; membership in associations; buyer incentives; so on and so forth. These people did not even have a ready Buyer list to approach when they get a listing! They have no other effort except for the MLS!!!!! They just sit and wait for the phone to ring.

Tired of their excuses, I litterally begged this company to release me. I explained my situation, begged their kindness, and offered them money (6k THAT i WAS GONNA PULL OUT FROM MY RETIREMENT) just to get out of the contract, get rid of them. They were gonna list my house 60k less than what other agents have suggested. Idiots. Of course I wasnt gonna stay with them. Theyre very incompetent imbeciles. It was unreal..... These people, even after making almost 40k$ when I used them to buy this house 2 months prior; even after I begged them and they know my kids just lost their dad. I lost the other house I was trying to buy in a diffrent state because this company is heartless. I had to take the house off the market, thereby I cant buy anywhere else right now, because they will not release me from my contract so I can get a real agent that can sell my home. Every agent and Broker or anybody that Ive spoken with....they are all nauseated at the fact that these people have zero conscience, compassion, integrity, security in their ability. If a client decides not to work with you because they are not satisfied, they should gracefully bow out. No, not these people. They are selfish, arrogant, money hungry, evil, disgusting fools. I think they feel they can take their money with them when they die. If someone dont want you, you need to leave. THESE PEOPLE FORCED THEMSELVES ON ME ME!!!!!! Gross!!!!!

Now I have to rent out my house for a year because I'd rather lose money out than have these individuals in my home. I dont trust these nasty people. I might lose my stuff. Esp Agent V. She knows my kids just lost their dad!!!! She walks around my home, sees pictures of my small kids, and then in essence, stabs them in the back!!!!! I would never wish this experience on anyone. PLS PLS PLS!!!! DO NOT SIGN WITH ASSIST2SELL!!!!YOU WILL HAVE YOUR LIVES, YOUR FUTURE RUINED BY THESE UGLY MESS PATHETIC HUMAN BEINGS. PLS STAY AWAY FROM THEM. RUN!!!!! s

If you have a client that is not satisfied with your service, let them go.  Do not force yourselves on them.  Do not lie that you did any work.  Do not lie that you sepnt any money.

You've already made money from me.  Thousands.  Just let me be.

All other agents do not have a problem letting go of clients that do not want them.  They just move on to the next one.

Again, if your client dont want you, let them be.  Simple

We have been in business in Santa Clarita since 1999.  We pride ourselves for being professional and for running a professional real estate brokerage.    The company is headed by both my wife and I who are both fully licensed Real Estate Brokers with over 27 years of experience with involvement in thousands of real estate transactions over the years.

Our business and reputation is based on giving our customers the best information, options, and best aggressive marketing campaign for selling a home for a fixed fee commission.  We have many, many satisfied customers and many being repeat clients and referrals.  Some of our clients have been other licensed real estate professionals from other companies because of our good reputation and value we provide them that even their own companies could not match.

Our aggressive marketing campaign is results driven with a strong on-line presence, a strong and visible community presence, we are long time members and in good standing of multiple local real estate boards and associations, we have a referral network and are involved in professional networking and yes we do save our client's money.

We do a thorough and full market analysis for all of our clients as an appraiser would do.  We advise our clients on market conditions, recommendations to get homes ready for sale.  We offer a full service to our clients.

It is unfortunate having to sell your home only 3 months after purchasing it.  It is tough to gain any increase in home value and real appreciation in the same home within that short of time.

Not all of the facts cited in your comments are clear or correct.

During the 3 weeks of the listing, within the first 2 weeks we were asked by you to make 2 price changes down then back up again, take home on and off the market because you were going to rent your home out, did not want a real estate sign in front of your home advertising your property limiting drive-by and neighborhood marketing, we offered and recommended that we do an open house but because of rain you asked the night before that we did not do.  You were very specific on open house times and made changes to the times. Our listing agent advertised the open house and accommodated all changes for you.

By the 3rd week, the home was off the market with advertising halted per your request.  Yes, there was one showing in the first 2 weeks with feedback from the buyer's agent that their client felt the home was overpriced for a home built in 1978 in mostly original condition.  After the feedback from the buyer's agent you asked us again to increase the price $60k more over and above our original recommended list price, would be a very tough sale regardless of advertising and marketing or incentives.

A listing is not a trial.  It is a commitment to be aggressive and all do our part and make effort, spend money and time to get the home sold.

Of course, agents from other companies will feed consumers against Assist2Sell because we have done well and are taking business away from them.  This is a competative business.  I have heard complaints about tradtional companies and agents from my clients as well and I have been known to agree with my clients.

A garage conversion that was made to this home would also affect the value and limit certain buyers looking for use of a traditional garage.

The average time on the market with our original list price for your home and for homes going in to escrow in your neighborhood is about 31 days, with some homes on market as long as 129 days listed by other companies.  Yes, we had your home on the market for 2 weeks and it did not sell in the 2 weeks with all of the factors above.

It would have been nice, but we did not make $40k representing you when you originally purchased your home.
