Wwwassurantpolicy.com(Francis Picon) I had a theft at my storage in Houston they want proof of all items that were taken can't prove if it was stolen they won't pay been with them since December 2013 never filed a claim with them want my money back. My belongs were stolen I was covered under a renters policy been with the company over 2 yrs never filed a claim with them. If someone breaks into your property and takes it you don't have no pictures no receipts you have no way of proving the things exsist you know it does how do you get reimburse for the things stolen. That's why they call it theft they are treating me not like a victim like the perpetrator really I want my money for these items. Does anyone have suggestions on what to do here.
