A technician named Robert fix the outside line box in front of my house last May 15, 2016. He did not finish it and they did a tacky and lousy job in front of my house. I have been calling them, so many times and now it's been over a year I keep calling the company and they never did give any attention to me. They charged me for the lousy job they did and did not keep the promise to redo it again. Do I have a case on this. All I want is for them to fix it right so it won't look tacky infront of my house.
