Atb Financial And Lotto Services fake lotto, sent my wife bad check to cover taxes ripoff Kingston Ontario
This company is another lotto scam. They sent a check for $3880.00 to cover the taxes of $2880.00 for the $275,000.00 "we won".
The "agents" name is Kevin Poloski. They ask you to deposit check and wait for it to clear then call them for instructions.
My wife took the check to our bank and they faxed a copy to the bank the check was drawn from. Of course we were told it was no good.
We still have check and have not called back for instructions. Is there anyway to set them up. If so let me know.

If they were a U.S. based company and you had their EIN (Employer Identification Number, one might want to 1099 them for the entire winnings. That would get them. However, if this company is in Canada there is little that you can about it. Even, if you had unlimited fund; to sue them you would have to do that in the World Court. My advice would be "if it sounds to good to be true", the run away as fast as you can. Being in NC, you might want to contact the Embassay in New York or Washington DC, and see if they have any suggestion on this matter for you. Sorry, I could not be of more help.
