Atlas Financial Services - Atlas Commercial Finance Refuses to refund deposit ripoff Long Beach California
Aug. 2000 I entered into an equipment lease with AFS for 36 months.A refundable deposit of $2448.70 was not returned at the end of a perfect payment record.
I called them for months to no avail.I reported them to BBB. Finally I took them to small claims court in Dec. 2004 and was awarded the payment plus interest.
I had a levie on a bank account but no payment.
I have since had my attorney file a UCC lien with Sec. of State because they have not payed it yet.
