Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I have had more than my fair share of giving away my money to At&t Mobility network,From the day I signed up with Att I have had more dropped calls and failed network connections, and all i get in return for the $168.00 to $250.00 dollars a month is, Oh were so sorry your having troublewithyouservice.  This isnotevenclosetowhatthey advertize.

I bought into At&t's lies back in June of 2009, when I needed to communicate with the outside world, I bought in when they were offering what I thought was a good deal. But as it turns out it was not,  AT&T offered us a promo sales incentive, that when we thought sounded to good to be true. They offered us a mini notebook with wireless service,  and two cell phones, which from day one was more than I wanted but my wife and I purchased it, The cost was to be  between $168.00 a month, $68.00 a month less than Comcast chargedus, which included Cable. Then it started, the Dropped calls everywhere I went, in the middle of a call I would be disconnected and so on, So I contacted AT&T every time I had aproblem and all I would get is oh were so sorry your having trouble with your service,  And I would reply to the person on the other end, well its not your fault. and i would tell them they needed to fix my phone and wireless network so I can get on with my life. They Failed toproperlly inform my wife and Iofthepolicy they had, whenit came to our phones. It seemed that we had thirty days from the date of purchase to return the item, which includedany and all repairs. So After taking my phone to a service outlet 11miles away just tobe toldby aservice person that they could not accept my phonebecausethe warrenty exspired, after an hour on the phone with this company, they finally took my phone back for repair.

Less than a week went by, and I began having dropped calls, I could not take it anymore. Calling this company was getting me nowhere, and I mean nowhere.

After my first 100 calls to AT&T I had enough, I went to the FCC who handles these sort of complaints about wireless service providers and told them I did not want AT&T's service anymore. With that The FCC said they found someone with the Authority to handle my dispute. So I spoke to this person who offered me a small credit to relax me and my frustrations I've been having. After three months all I did was call ATT to ask why I was still getting the dropped calls and 1 bar of computer sevice for the last year. and  all I get was were so sorry you are having problems with you service.

Then I decided enough was enough and filed another complaint with the FCC because the $80.00 dollar credit I was given was not even close to what I wanted, because there is a catch, the con as we call it in the hood. AT&T cancellation fee for this service was two years of their service and a $500.00 cancellation fee, well you know what they can do for that, I sit on it. If At&t had anysort of 3g network then would someone explain to me, where ever I go with my cell phone and whome ever I speak to on this service , I get dropped. Then when I'm on my notebook with  the claim they have five gig of service, not true, I am never able to access the inet, until I contact ATT. Then all of a sudden, wow I have service again.

I must be the rudest person AT&T customer Service has ever had to deal with, and why? because I spend $168.00 to $200.00 + a month for something they have never provided me with, all I ever get is were sorry your having problems with your service, then i would comment, No Im having problems with your worthless services you have failed to provide me with since the day I signed this 2 year contract with you.

But don't let AT&T fool you, because when it most matters they will in fact cancell your service and charge you a $36.00 reconnect fee for doing so even if you have paid your bill for the next month. and this is true, on the 20th of this month when my bill was due on the 24th of every month my service was disconnected for non payment of service. So my wife went to a pay phone and contacted AT&T to find out what the hell their problem was, and after she explained that we were'nt due until the 24th of the month,  and that they needed to reconnect our line. and they did so.

This was not the first time AT&T thought their S^*# didnt stinck. A month before that, they cut our service for non payment, but they had already been paid. so you see what the F*^# good is AT&T's network is to me. Well were waiting for our house to be finished so we can move in, but when its done so is AT&T and their 3G non- network, because at $100.00 a month comcast is looking pretty d**n good, then again I know dish network has some good deals going as well.

So when the chips are down and the service you are being provided does not live up to your standards then you need to voice your opinion to those who who really dont care what you say as long as you pay to them. All they want to know is where is their f%$#*&^ money. three days before its due your at a payphone getting your service turned back on. Then we just had our due  date changed from the 24th of the month to the fourth of each month because of my husbands disability payment does not come until then. Which they wanted us to know of the charges we needed to pay. For a service we don't even get.
