Stupid AT&T Charging me for no service Carol Stream Illinois
I called ATT fo internet service in March 12 09, So they tell me the TECH guy will be out to hook up the wiring and all that necessary crap in about a week. So the modem arrives like 3days later then I wait for the tech guy a few days after. So he gets to my home hes looking around the side of my house " Ill have you up in runnin in no time" So im like cool, well few minutes later he knocks on my door talking about theres no way I can receive internet service, and of course im pissed off but I dnt take it out on him. I call stupid customer service and they're like yea shows here you should be up a runnin, and im like yea thats the problem, so they transfer me to tech support and the guy confirms that theres no way I can receive there service so I ask him why they told me my area qualified and hes like I dont know sir but im sorry for the inconvinience so I cancel, and I thought that would be the end of it but I was wrong oh but before I continue while all this is going on I never received a call from ATT apologizing NOTHING and they have the nerve to bill me but ill get to that later.
So 2 weeks after I cancel another Tech guy shows up at my house at 8am!!! sayn "uh I have a * my adress * ready for internet installation" I almost punched the guy but I know its not his fault ATT is so ****** unorganized So I call to make sure my acct is canceled and they tell me it hadnt gone throug....???? what tha hell?? 2 weeks later my cancellation request had not gone through. Forward to a month & half later I a freakin BILL a past due order of 88.08 and 68.73 due in may WTH!!! I see all these ATT commercials and they make me sick Stupid ATT. Folks you have been warned I wish I could upload my bill. well bye
