Complaint Review: Attorney: Momal S Iqbal - Montebello Internet

We are not done yet, I can keep seeking justice anywhere and everywhere of what you did to me, you and Juan Dotson, that big liar that when he got the $2000.00 he told me and my friends that he can file on my case ASAP  to be more accurate in FIVE days, but he was hoping  in his own mind to take more and more money without doing any work... take free money only....You let me suffer more after you took my money without doing anything on my case, Now I can let you know that I will not give up, I can keep on until the end, in public and anywhere else, and through any legal way, no matter what... Wait and see...

Reference to your threstning letter to me, whicj I received yesterday, and you called my statement DEFAMATORY AND FALSE, No Miss Iqbal ; you know well that its not false OR defamatory, and yo called this Extortion AND Harassment. I want ask you who took money from who, you are the one who took my money withoit doing any job, the thing you made was the one phone call to that Immigration Official, and with No effort for my favour, and you took $2500.00 for the charge of that cal, do you thing that you are the queen of heavens on earth to take that money from me for that unsuccessful one phone call you made, stop and listen; you know well you didn't do any work on my case, you OR you friend and collaegue Mr. Juan Dotson, and you had been after money only, you are threatning me to file a law suit against me for your reputation, which reputation mom!! You are very rude person you ripped me off $2500.00 without doing any work on my Immigration case since July/2011, and you know very well that, And you want to keep plying the game of innocent, that you have nothing to do with that, who I should blame!! You are the one who plans everything from A-Z how to ripp me off for NO work on my case, it was easy money for you, but not anymore, may be you thought that I will get deported, and you get away with my money you and Mr. Dotson, you are the ones you should be taking to the courys and NOT me, of this I will meet you in the courts soon, and I will take this step and not you, and I need everything to be in public, so somebody will start to stop the bad attorneys like you from taking advantage of their clients, and I want to refresh your memory again that I sighned with you a retainer on 07/12/2011, when I told you my fears of getting transfered somewhere else, you grrabed the retainer paper that yot brought me to sign in your hand, and you told me NOT unless you sighned this paper for me, which I did, and I will sapena thst, because NO mattet what you keep lying abouy evetything with NO shame OR sense, and I been transfered after thay, but not you or Mr. Dotson helped in anything, you set me in a very bad health problems like high bllod pressure on 8/24/2011, and I dtars to have daily medicine for that since that time, and after that right away a stoke of what you been doing to me you and Mr.Dotson. Of my very bad experience with you, I have to communicste with you in public, because I don't need more lies anymore, and I need my money back, my money that you too from me and didn't do not even 1% of a job on my case,you stole my money, you risk my life and me suffer more and more, and iam the one I can ask you for big damages through the courts of law,Media, Internet and public opinion, I will hide anything,NOT anymore mom.

Refernce to your registered letter to me dated 02/13/2012,denying that you any true statement I wrote about you in the rioffreport, I would like to refresh your memory: Miss Iqbal you told my friend Charlotte K. that you can try to get me out on humunterian for " HOLY RAMADAN" of this she paid you the money on my behalf,and you told her that you can come to see me on Monday, but you came on Tuseday instead of Monday, you told me that the ICE can't transfare me anywhere if I sign the contact to hire you which I did (and I will ask for Sapena in the court if I have to) so they can check the Camera and see me signing the contract for you upon your request which you never gave me any copy of it to myself, you told me that you can come to see me again the following day, which you never did, you told me that you can call somebody out of the ICE regardind the officer that teard my Holy Quran in parts, which you never did also ( and by the way I have my teard Quran with me, and I will show it to the whole world in any interview in the future after I will finish writing my book regarding my horrible experience in eveything, and with the irredponsible and ignorant attorneys like you too) and in the only one time you came to see me,I want to remind you Miss Iqbal that you asked me for $2000.00 to start filling my Immigration case right away, and to handle this money withen one week, I told you that I can sell my jewelry to handle this money for you, and I asked you how you can get the money if you are going to London, YOU told me you will send somebody to pick the money from my friend Charlotte, my friends and me have good memory believe me Miss Iqbal, which you sent Mr. Jaun Dotson for that to work with you on my case, please; stop fooling us we are not stupids for you to play games with us, we are big adults and NOT children Miss Iqbal, I even called you collect when I was under a very big amount of pressure from the ICE two days after you came to see me, you had been in the aiport to leave to London, but you never accept my call for the amount of $5.00 or less, and you have $500.00 from me several days ago, and that is very cheap, I want to remind you further that you never care about my case after you came back from your trip, and my frirnd Charlotte was keeping asking me if you come to see me again after that first time in 07/12/2011, which I used to tell her not, and she used to be upset and surprised from your ignorant behavior, and do want to know why I didn't call you after my realese,because I don't want to hear any more lies from you, because you made sick and with NO hope of what you did to me, and I will not keep silent of what did to me with Mr.Juan Dotson, I even been told about him from some Federal Officials that he has a theft charge on his record in 1993, and that he is NOT the good attorney for my case, because he got the money too, and never did anything on my case either, and you are the one who sent him to us to get the $2000.00 and to work on my case with you when you are in London, even a Reporter who is working on my case asked him why he has to work on my case with you, and it's decumented too, you are the one who sent him to us to rip us with the $2000.00, and that is the amount you requested from me when you came to see me, and you sent him to collect it and work on my case with you, and by the way i'am not A HOSTILE as you called me in your letter, just i'm fed up from you and from your lies. At the end i'am NOT afraid from you OR from your lettet to me, I can continue to the end if you like or not, and will say and tell the truth always about what you did to me, you and your friend Attorney Juan Dotson, you should have some shame of what you did to me, and sent me back at least the money I paid you without you doing any work for my case, how you can justify my money to yourself, it seems that I have to to get the Media involved on this, beside the courts of law, why you don't save all of this headache and send me my money back, we don't know sending me letter to theMr.Dotson, you are the one who sent him to collect the money, be honest and tell the truth, instead of sending me a letter to treathen me, you think that you can take a legal actions about me regarding your reputation and your office reputation, why you didn't feel any guilt when you riped me of, or ignoring my case, and didn't do anything about my rights in custody, or to get me out on humanterian for Ramadan's holly month, or sent me Mr.Dotson to give me false hopes and get my money through you, if you are caring much about you reoutation, you should be concern about my case, I had a stroke of what you did to me with Mr. Dotson ,Did you care; of course not, all of what you care about is to take my money and hide, and I assure you that GOD ALLAH IN YOUR BELIEVE and mine asMUSLIMS can let you pay a bad karma of what you did to me if you like it or not, don't send me any more letters,just send me my money back and close the subject, you dod ZERO work on my case, and you know that very well, you and Mr. Dotson, and stop lying to me too, i'am fed up of you, do you understand my sister in Islam, as they call it, stop and send me my money befire I will take the new actions against you with Mr.Dotson, and if I have to hire an attorney for that ABIG ONE, I will do.....I'am demanding on my money back if you like it or not
