Newton Audi agreed to pay my 2012 550 Mercedes Benz off as I was buying a new A4 from them. The tranaction took place on 9/22/13 and as of today December 27 the car has not been paid off and I have been making payments on 2 cars so my crediit is not destroyed. This seem to be a common problem with this dealership.
I'm writing this report to let everyone who has had this experience to report it to the Attorney Generl of NJ. If they get enough complaints the will take action. Don't just complaign on blogs, take action and stop this fraud.
I am going into arbitration with them within the next 30 days. This is in their contract so you can't take them to court. They had to pay the American Arbitration Association $3,500.00 fee for the arbitration.

The 'Arbitration' system in America is corrupt. It consists mainly of corrupt lawyers and corrupt judges who will do everything in their power to protect the corrupt comapnies and the corrupt corporations in this corrupt country. (My opinion)
