First off what was sold to this person is exactly what was agreed on and signed off by the customer. What I am reading here is that everything as stated was installed and at the time and working fine. The additional need of an amplifier unit for the video is an unseen problem because this customer seems to be the kind that would check everything before leaving the store in which I am sure he did. So it was working fine at that time. It was later on that the problem occurred which can happen to video signals. The booster was not included because this type of problem is only detected afterwards. I can't see how anyone, like this customer, can make demands on not paying for the unit and labor and hold Audio Matrix accountable. And the glare issue? Sun light coming into the vehicle causing glare can't be controlled. So what does he want? For them to control the sun or fix something that's not an issue. This is clearly a case of ignorance and unreasonable expectations fueled by assumptions by this one customer. Unfortunate as it may be, this issue is an attempt in hurting someones business by labeling them scammers. Go back and read what this customer Seng from San Pedro reported one more time. I think you may find that Seng is not right in the way he sees things. This is the type of person I would not waste my time even acknowledging his presents. Clearly a problem child. Right is right and wrong is just that. Audio Matrix did the business right. The customer clearly is wrong and I also question this site, ripoffreport.com in allowing this kind of reckless abuse to hurt the business of another that did nothing wrong. Or can anyone post anything here.
