Auralux Beauty First, they offered free express shipping, but never gave that option at checkout. Then they charged me for the intended shipping cost of the snake venom peptide, but added another product I didn't ask for, for another $5.99. Carlsbad, California
I agreed to less than $5.00 shipping for a sample cream. The company added another item without my permission for 5.99. I have instructed my bank to dishonor any further debit from my account.
