So after almost 2 years I get a canned response from Auto Audio to contact them and ask for the "manager". I did contact them several times, but they gave me the run around and never returned my calls. Not sure why they wasted my time (again) if they had no intention to resolve this. No wonder they have a BBB rating of C minus. I stand by my original post. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them. If you want inflated prices, sloppy job, and rude customer service; Auto Audio is the way to go.

It was nice to hear from you after almost 2 years. I called and asked for the manager as requested. Was put on hold for a while, then transferred to Mike's voice mail. Left a message with my contact info. But you never gotten back to me. If you really want to make this right, stand behind your product, and resolve this, call me (((phone number redacted))) or email (((email redacted)))
