AUTO BODY SERVICES Marketing auto body and collision repair services to insurance companies NORTH HOLLYWOOD California
I have been RIPPED OFF by Auto Body Services, operated by Gus Leoni, guarantee to represent my collision repair facility to at least 6 insurance companies for $375.00.
Mr. Leoni's agreement states if I don't receive a contract from 1 major insurance company in 6 months my $375.00 will be refunded.
From the marketing Mr Leoni contracted to do have not received contact from any insurance company nor have I obtained a DRP contract with any insurance companies.
I have called Mr. Leoni on July 18, Aug 21, Sept 11, Sept 15, Sept 25, Sept 28, Oct 1 at one point he agreed to the refund but now he does not answer nor does he return my calls.

I signed the same contract 03-19-15 and when I called him after 5 months he said he was still working on it. I also had trouble getting ahold of Gus. I had to call many times to actually get him on the phone again. He told me he would look into it and call me back. He did call me back and told me I need to mail him a hard copy letter requesting a refund. I did this on 9-10-15 I received back a fax copy of my letter with the word "approved" stamped on it. I called him again a few months later to tell him I never received my refund he told me that it would be issued after the first of the year (2016.) So I just tryed to call again and the number is no longer in services. I may try to dispute it with my bank but I don't know if thats allowed since I did agree to the charge in the beginning.
