I am from the Hesperia Ca. store and at the Auto Zone I work at we do ever thing possible to try to prevent people from buying product that they do not need. It is our policy to check a battery if a customer comes in stating they have a bad battery. The first thing we do is ask the customer, " What is happining?" from there we will test the battery and even go out to the persons car wheather it is raining or 110 degrees. We do not get paid any extra to do this! The only reason we do this is to make sure that they do not buy the wrong parts! Something else that people often seem to forget is that we are NOT mechanics, we ARE auto parts sellers with auto experience. We try are hardest to give you the right part. We do FREE testing! Lets see your mechanic do that one. Are store returns warrenty merchendise with or with out reciept. That is why Auto Zone is one of the fastest growing auto parts stores in America, with over 3,000 stores nation wide and in Mexico. So for all these complants we seem to be doing just fine. You can ask any of he customers that come into our store if they are satisfied with the service and product, AND price and they will tell you YES! Auto Zone is known for their supperior customer service. We greet a person when they walk in the door. And we THANK them when they walk out! So maybe you should do some research on Auto Zones policies before you start threats such as, and I qoute, :See you in court Auto Zone"! Hesperia Ca. Auto Zone (and proud of it!!!)
