To start I highly recommend to stay far away from this company!
WHen the Warrantly policy was sold to me they neglected to inform me that ANY and ALL parts that would ever be approved would be cheap after market parts.
I drive a 2009 BMW X5 4.8 M package - this is not the end all to be all of vehicles but anyone that owns a BMW can contest that this car comes with hefty repair bills - with that said I did not purchase a BMW to put Dollar store oparts in.
The first repair I submitted a claim for was for the AC Compressor - the actual part cost 1100$ they approved $400 for an aftermarket part.
The second claim I attmpted to submit was for a oil leak...they repsonded with requesting all the documentation for all of my oil service work and wouldnt accept my claim otherwise.
Finally I am in the process of having wwork done since it turns out I need a new Alternator and Water Pump... Alternator $1100, Water Pump $400...they reutrn with coverage of Altenator $200 and Waterpump $150...these are aftermarket rebuilt parts and in fact these deal costs for these parts. It makes no sense to put trash into my car, I bought a BMW for value and I to repair it with sub par value parts defeats the purpose.
This company does everything they can to pay as little as possible and if you decide to purchase a warrantly from them you will suffer as I have - I pay for my repairs out of pocket to get the parts that are required. My mechanic can not even believe what they suggest I repair my car with.
