Simple story. Must read story.
Found a car online on www.autonettexas.com, test drove the car, agreed on price, executed a buyer's order and payment receipt, shook hands, put down a deposit. Went back to dealership to pick up the call on the agreed day (a few days later) at the agreed time and they had sold the car to another buyer that morning even though it was clearly communicated in writing I would be there as scheduled.
I was told by the my salesman, Eddie Morales, that another salesman, George Garcia knew it was already sold, and that I was on my way, but they sold it anyway with the approval of the manager, Monica Nia. I was told by the salesman, Eddie Morales that instead of honoring the agreement and pricing that was in place with me, they decided to sell to someone else since they offered full price and also did financing through autonet. This is not only unethical, it is a breech of contract and we are pursing legal action against Autonet Dallas at 1365 Regal Row Dallas Texas 75247.
I strongly recommend to avoid this car dealer at all costs. They are unethical and given other compliants I have now read, buyer beware and avoid United Autonet Inc. Dallas Texas.
I welcome others to contact me if they would like to particpate in a class action suit.

HAVE THE DMV CHECK YOUR VIN# AND RUN THE INSPECTION REPORTS. IF AUTONET HAD THE VEHICLE INSPECTED MORE THAN LIKELY THEY HAD RCA STATE INSPECTIONS DO IT. HAVE THEM CHECK THE PROTOCOL NUMBER ON THE REPORTS AGAINST YOUR VEHICLE.
WHY BECAUSE RCA WILL DO A ILLEGAL INSPECTION FOR THEM ITS CALLED A CLEAN PASS AND THEY HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN FOR DOING THEM. BUT THEY DID MINE AS WELL.
BUT WITH PROOF OF A FRAUDULENT INSPECTION BY AUTONET THE NO WARRANTY AS IS GOES RIGHT OUT THE WINDOW. JOIN ME AND SUE UNITED AUTONET INC AND SHAHIN NIA HE IS THE THIEF AND HE HAS BEEN AT IT FOR YEARS.
