I wish I read all the reviews about this company before I purchased anything. I am not one to ever write reviews but this can not continue any longer! They advertise free shipping...OK... but still charge for handling....OK...but when you want to return or cancel a product..oh boy...then the hell begins. I was told that my product, which has been delayed for shipping for weeks, when it was listed as available. cannot be re routed to their supposed, returns dept. And guess how much the return shipping on my 233, item cost? over two hundred dollars. Why oh why did i ever buy anything from them. Please heade my warning and stay away. I will not let this one slide. Its an abuse. Check their Better Business Bureau Rating in LA...D... . I should have not been tempted by the low price. Now I am stuck with an item I cant use. I was even willing to purtchase a more expensive item, hundreds of dollars more, in an effort to negotiate saving myself the shipping and having them cancel the order... no good. oh and try calling customer service or emailing them....you guessed it..it dont work...BUYER BEWARE!!!
