AutoTorium fraudulent information given to loan company/illegal business practices Salem New Hampshire
On or about July 5,2007. I had purchased a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Pickup. At time of purchase, I had signed the paperwork unaware that the salesman had provided the auto loan company with fraudulent and false information. He had claimed that I make twice what I actually do. And claimed to be my landlord at the residence I was living at time of purchase.
Meanwhile, the vehicle had serious mechanical problems with the suspension. Causing the truck to shimmy violently on the highway, at speed limit. I had notified Autotorium about this issue. And asked if I could take it elsewhere, besides their service department to have it repaired. It was still under warrantee at the time. They denied the right to take it to a reputable mechanic, and took it into their shop on their insistance. the repairs were never done. And I was lied to by both the dealership and mechanic. It was supoosed to go elsewhere for tire repair, but was never brought there by AutoTorium's service mechanic. There was no record on file with the tire shop, of said vehicle, or repairs. upon my picking up the ehicle from AutoTorium, I had asked them to furnish me with paperwork as to what repairs they did. They could not provide this.
Not to mention as well. The vehicle was never serviced upon purchase.
I have made three attempts to contact AutoTorium about resolving this matter. They never responded.
At present time, the vehicle has been impounded and is accruing daily storage fees I was never able to register this vehicle.
