This company knowingly sold broken, buggy, untested and feature incomplete software called Darkfall.
The servers are constantly down and you cannot log in and play. Even if you do manage to get in you will be greeted by some kind of bug that either crashes the software eventually or makes the game almost unplayable due to it being sold in a totally untested, buggy state.
The official website advertising this game also lists outdated features that are not even present in the actual game.
This company is one of the worst I've ever seen when it comes to support and updating also.

Server issues are to be expected during any MMO launch. The game is more polished than most MMO's that have been out for years. It has a completely unique featurelist found in no other games. The company explained publicly that there was going to be a limited initial release mainly restricted to preorders. This poster is either uninformed or one of the nefarious users of MMORPG.com, a notorious internet hangout for negative teens to try to 'out-cool' each other with malicious and invalid posts. He even linked this site in one of his posts, is how i found out about it.
