Aylon Tech ripoff fradulant charges to my phone bill New Jersey
I just received an overdue notice from my phone comany stating I owed 215.00.
When I called them about it I was told I had to call Integretel so I did. When I asked the operator what the charges were for she could not give me one specific answer. She said it could be for any of the following...Entertainment, Weather, Sports, Finance, Horoscopes.
I had 2 charges each for $99.80 and were supposedly made 20-22 minutes apart.
I was told I could agree to 50 or 100% payment. I did agree to pay for one of the charges but that was before my son got on the internet and found the rip off report website.
Now I do not want to pay ANY of the fraud. Do I legally have to since I agreed to it on the phone? I am pretty sure the conversation was taped.
What do I need to do to get my number and account cleared from this charge? HELP!
