Good afternoon,
I am not sure where this came from, but we never once issued a check on behalf of the company (the only payments done were through credit/debit card or PayPal). There is no evidence to back this statement up, and of course, check fraud is a criminal offense, and if you have some documented proof of an invalid check, you may proceed with legal recourse, but I guarantee no checks were written by the company (we did not carry any).
As for failing to live up to services, I am not aware of any disgruntled customers. Could you provide more detail?
I'm sorry you ended up on the bad side of a circumstance, and I welcome you to post any information about the company, here, so that I may investigate. If anyone was using our good name to conduct fraud, I would like to know.
