Bahamas Vaction ( Trip Assurance) Ripped off/ Pissed off St. Petersburg Florida
Back in 2013 I was contacted stating I had won a free cruise, with me never been on one I was very excited. Well come to find out it wasn't free, had to make deposits through out a 90 day period , that total up to of $339.94. I made (2) installed payments of $99.98 on 4/1/2013, 4/17/2013, and (2) installed payments of $69.99 on 5/14/2015, 6/26/2013.
The indiviuals I was speaking with during these transaction were Suzanne on 6/28/13 and Lindsey on 5/14/13. I am demanding my hard earned funds backs due to me not taking the cruise and not be able to speak with anyone when needed. Please assist me and advosed me of what i the next step.
