Balmer & Kalt Balmer & Kalt watch Men's Exclusive Automatic Watch - Yellow, Invoice Number: BK-14871 TEBAKOR (PORT VILA), VANUATU
I saw a commercial for Balmer & Kalt watch on Facebook. A triangle-shaped watch is being scretched with a knife in a short video clip advertising an outstanding watch with scratch free surface at a price of $99.00. I followed the link, read the description of the watch (Men's Exclusive Automatic Watch, Movement: Automatic Self-Wind !!!) and bought it on January 31, 2017. The payment had to be done with PayPal. On February 3, 2017 I received a notification that my watch was shipped. USPS tracking shows location from where the watch was shipped as TEBAKOR (PORT VILA) MAIL CENTRE, VANUATU. Apparently Republic of Vanuatu is an Island country in South Pacific somewhere between Australia, New Caledonia and New Guinea. The watch was delivered on February 23, 2017 in a box without any documentation, no manual, no receipt from the manufacturer. I had it on my hand for a day and it was working. But as soon as I put it down for the evening the mechanism stopped running. So much for automatic self-wind. It does not wind. I contacted customer service of Balmer & Kalt via email on February 25, 2017 complaining about NO movement of automatic self-wind watch and received a reply someone will get back to me in 24 hours. Today is February 28, 2017 - 72 hours later - no reply. This is a big fraud to rip off the public. Please stay away from buying any product by this company.
