Bank Of America Not Doing Their job, leads to not getting another bank account Riverside California
I had a bank account with Bank of America about 2 years ago. My account was shut down due to over drafts that could not be paid, thus sending my account to collections.
I finally had the money to pay it off and I did, hoping that by it being paid off i could be allowed to get another account. Tried going to Union Bank adn they told me I couldn't because my B of A account had not been paid off.
I went back to BofA and asked them what the problem was and at that time did not have my recipt. They told me they do not have records past 3 months in the bank and could not find my information. Almost a year goes by that I have been dealing with this account. I found my recipt and went back to back pf america, come to find out, it was never processed fully.
I had to go through the whole process again of waiting and waiting, and finally, it still didnt go through, come to find out they sent my money to someone elses account causing that account to look like they over paid so somebody got free money per me because some one did not write my SSN down right.
After Finding this out, we tied it again with FINALLY the right SSN, well this time it went through, but yet nobody reported it to Check Systems, so now, i am still waiting for it to clear check systems....almost 2 years of dealing with this crap and you think they would of gotten it right the 2nd time. I still have no bank account due to B of A's screw up! Thanks Bank of America! Your the best!!!!(not)
