We just can't even wrap out mind around this one! We made are payment in full on Jan.15th @ 3:42pm SPT but the pay is due until Feb.3rd Online banking states that the payment will post the next business day due to the cut off time and we have our confirmation # for the payment. We zeroed our account out so we could use the balance transfer offer. After waiting 24 hours we deposited a balance tranfer check and Bank of America declined that check for IF! WHAT!!! We called and asked them why? We later found out through a Supv. at B of A that they haven't posted our payment and will not until Feb.3! So this means that they have been sitting on our payment and will not post the payment until the due date! Although the online banking states the next business day! And I have never received such piss poor service in my life!!! They have some of the dumbest reps there that can't speak english or understood the problem. I had to ask for a Supv. 6 times from this one rep. well all I got was the run around like you can't even beleive! I finally got a rep on the line that understood this problem and admitted the bank to be at fault but she was not able to help out much. I did get her Supv. name & # to give her kodos for trying. In the mean time we are left with fees on our personal accounts. I have worked for 3 years doing the very same thing in cardmember services and I know very well what I can and can NOT do. We are reconsider our relationship with B of A and we stongly hope that YOU will too.
