We have been informed that Barb Pacholik, coauthor of Sour Milk and other Saskatchewan crime stories, as well as an investigative reporter with the Regina Leader Post, is soon to have major legal woes for authoring fraudulent, false and unethical statements in many Regina Leader Post articles and breaching rules of court and privacy Acts.
There is hard copy evidence, from many witnesses and government officials that many of statements in Pacholik articles published in the Regina Leader Post, with help from Marlon Marshall and provincial government entities have contained lies, fraudulent statements and false comments.
From our investigation, we were informedm and it is our opinion, that Barb Pacholik has also disregarded certain rules of court in her authoring of stories, breached privacy laws and legislations of this country and has colluded with provincial government entities to author and publish biased, one-sided stories, in our opinion.
We uncovered evidence that proves a strong likelihood that Barb Pacholik also made public in her articles, privileged “in-camera” statements from legal proceedings, which is against the rules/laws of this land and the Canadian Association of Journalists Ethics Guidelines.
We are informed that both Barb Pacholik and Marlon Marshall, among others, will soon be facing many legal woes, as a result of their nefarious and fraudulent actions. The parties are soon to be filing documents in the courts.
Barb Pacholik is an investigative reporter for Postmedia’s Regina Leader Post. Pacholik is also a co-author of two books: Sour Milk and other Saskatchewan crime stories, and Paper Cows and more Saskatchewan crime stories. Marlon Marshall is the Managing Editor of the Leader Post.
