Basement Doctor Waterproofing Corporation Basement Doctor X Lifetime Guarantee, but where are they? Ashland, Virginia
In October of 2005, I contracted Basement Doctor Waterproofing Corporation to install a sump pump in my basement, do mold remediation, and encapsulate exposed exterior wall along system. I noticed a little bit of mold in the corner of the basement, and had a contractor come look at it. He asked me why I had not had the exterior wall sealed, as the water had come in from there. I told him I paid Basement Doctor to do this, and he told me ther are no signs the exterior wall was sealed. When I tried to contact the company, I doscovered the phones were all disconnected and that the company had gone out of business. What happened to the lifetime guarantee?
