Bay Point Lending Group PAUL hamilton , Edward Franklin, Jeanne Ellis all these peole are scam artist Advance fee LOAN SCAM Castro Valley, California
DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS with this company. I applied for a personal laon with them on 8/3/09. Edward Franklin called me back and approved me for a $5,000 loan but said I had to make 5 collateral payments totaling $760.55 by 8/14/09. My first instinct was they would take my deposit and I would NEVER receive my loan. I should have followed my instinct but I needed the money to keep my family fed, pay my rent, and pay my car note. They told me to WIRE funds to Jeanne Ellis the Accounts receivable clerk in Taber, ALberta Canada and my funds would be there this morning. I had a BAD feeling been crying depressed all weekend I KNEW in my gutt i would not see that money today. After I made my payment PAUL HAMILTON called me said he assured me that everything would be ok. I"M screwed I have two children I'm a single mother and I'm also supporting my parents. I just want my money back i'm now going to LOSE my car and i dont know what to do. I filed complaints everywhere. I'm meeting with an attorney today but that wont feed my kids PLEASE dont make the mistake I did, I may be homeless soon!
