BB NOVELTIES, BBTOYSTORE.COM DECEPTIVE BUYING PRACTICES ripoff West Berlin New Jersey
On June 8, 2005 I sent the above company some extra beanie babies i had laying around, most were duplicates of ones i had allready bought and not realised. They was sent via DHL 2 Day delivery, recieved 2 days later. Their website states that: "We will confirm your shipment by email the day it arrives to our warehouse" I was not contacted untill June 16 2005. a whole 7 days later than the websites states. Making any reasonable person feel like they have been scamed in the meantime before being contacted. The only confermation/responce I did get was to say:

There is nothing I can offer you for these items as they are supposed to be mint in plastic bags. I am requested that you sent return shipping payment in the amount of $8.50 and I will ship all these items back you. ( you can send the payment through paypal to my email or you can send payment by check/mo ) Thanks

Now i know what i sent him, and they were still in the plastic. Regardless i was not about to pay this 8.50 fee to send them back so I contacted UPS to pickup the items as a return and notified him of such:

UPS is probably the best as I have daily pickup
I promply generated the UPS 3 pick up attempts return lable. He was well aware that i have done so, but when UPS has attempted to pick up the past 2 times it was not ready. His reply was that because i had sent them to him in 3 diff boxes but only sent one retrun lable. Which is irrevelant because why would i pay to have 3 boxes returned seperately when any person with common sence would return them in one.
Regardless I strongy discurge anyone from dealing this these people, since they cant even live up to their own standards in terms of conferming reciept of items. And then make up lies to not pay for the items. I used their price chart to price them out, if the price was wrong i should of been contacted earlyer to state that they dont warrant being bought at that price and that he would buy them for lesser.
