We are not rude nor condescending and we did not break your car on any occasion. First, we have no temporary (temps) employees working at our company. All employees are full time employees of our company. Secondly, pertaining to antennas, we only remove the OnStar antenna mast from customers' rear windows since they are factory installed and are only glued onto the rear window. We then install it back after the wash process. There is nothing to break. It screws on and off. You did leave with your antenna mast on your vehicle; it wasn't broken. Regarding the rear window, we lowered the window in order to put the vehicle on the track. This is a normal car wash procedure. When the electric window did not go back up, we came inside the building to let you know. You then came outside and said we broke it and that you would send us a bill for the $100 deductible from your extended warranty. Car windows are meant to be put up and down on a regular basis. We are not resposible for the regulator or motor not working properly. Older vehicles tend to develop problems and that's why people have extended warranties, like yourself.
