Beach Ready, LLC Alore Free trial basis turned into a ripoff of my credit card after canceling subscription.Still being billed to my credit card account Silver Springs Nevada

I saw a free trial offer to try Alore' free wrinkle cream for @2.97 for 14 day' without telling me how much it would be after the time expired. Later I was billed $89.00 for the same product and I called and cancelled telling them that I didn't want their product. They granted my cancellation but my credit card is still being billed and the product is still being sent to me. The account or product is now be sent by this new company Beach Ready LLC. I want to sue these people, what can I do to protect my credit card account?
