This customer received a refund in full and new item was sent to customer about six years ago. We don't sell used items as new, but in some very rare instances items are scuffed during transit and suffer damage that can make them look new. It might also have been mishandled at the factoy where the items was made, etc. We are confident customer is satisfied with outcome since we replaced items and provied a full refund.

We contacted the employee who filed this complaint and have resolved this matter. She worked for our company in 2012 and she stated that her final paycheck was received late (apx 8 weeks), so she wanted company to pay her $752 in damages. All of her wages were paid on her last check (in 2012) and we were not aware that she had any issue since we had not been contacted since. She indicated she would remove her complaint from RipOffReport f we paid her these damages, so we did. We paid the damages, thus she posted a reply saying she was satisfied with the overall outcome. We wish her the best of luck in her future endeavours. Please note that she has posted that she is satisfied with the outcome and the resolution provided by our company.
