[email protected] Alex & Katya, GenPro Neon, Everlast/Beer Signs Internet Scam Artists/Take Money and Dont Deliver Product, Liars SanFrancisco, California
Purchased 2 neonsigns in August of 09 from Beer Signs/GenPro, used PayPal for payment. Katya sent email saying out of stock on Harley Davidson Neon Sign, but would order and send in 3-4 weeks. I got strung along by her emails for 5 months before I at least received one of the signs I ordered, and it was received broken. Katya sent multiple emails that supplier did not send them the Harley Davidson sign but it would come in the next shipment. This went on for 8 months and now I don't get any response. Katya responded to my request for repair of the damaged neon sign in December by saying they would send the parts. She strung me along with the story that the parts were not available with the supplier but she would send them once she received them; finally she said to get an estimate and they would pay for the repairs. I sent the estimate, it was received and she said it was sent to Finance for payment. Big Liar! I paid $967 for the 2 signs and have only gotten grief, empty promises, and one damaged sign that doesn't work. These 2 people, Alex and Katya, are total scam artists and had no intention of ever sending me the 2nd sign. All Katya did was string me along with emails of empty promises, all the while knowing that they would be taking my money through Paypal and never sending me the product. I attempted to file a complaint with Paypal but they would not help because I didn't file the complaint within 45 days. It does not pay to be patient and trustworthy. These people are unscrupulous thieves! If anyone can help me get my money back I would be very grateful.
