Since I worked for both places (on outsource contracts) I have a difficult decision deciding who is WORST!! Dell also has poorly trained employees, who mostly are in india, all employees are over worked and underpaid, both have crappy products, you get the picture. There's seems to be a lack of communication in Dell, it's not unusual to have parts of someones PC missing when it arrives, or not to show up at all. There's no way I would recommend anyone buy a PC from Dell, buy one local, BECAUSE if it breaks you can take it into the store to have it fixed. Whether you choose Dell or Bell your life will be a living HELL.
