My daughter had a service of laser hair removal, and the "specialist" burned her face. Immediately when my daughter came out I noticed a black spot in her face. I showed Alethea her face and she started giving me excuses like "maybe is a allergic reaction". I told her its not the first time she receive a laser hair removal and I was sure is not an allergic reaction. Also, my daughter (16 years old) told me that the "specialist" did more laser, faster and took other areas rather than the one requested, than other specialist who did the service before.
Also the specialist told my daughter to use Neosporin, and Alethea told us this was incorrect and she suggested us to buy some of the products she has in her store. We didn't buy it. I told Alethea that her "specialist" made a mistake twice and she agreed with us. She agreed to pay all medical expenses, but at this time it has being more than six months. I sent her the invoice and she hasn't paid it. Also, nobody returned the calls I left in the voice mail (that's because nobody is answering the phone). I think they blocked my number, because my husband called from a different number and they took the call. Now, they have a couple of hours to paid, if not we are going to report them to the pertinent agencies and public media. This review is only the beginning.
