Bait and switch
We were Offered plenty of parking and a spacious garage. The garage on our lease was given to a tenant that needed the extra space in the garage. They then blamed me for choosing the wrong garage door openers. (The garage door opener was given to us and verified with the lease. So, they moved us to a very small garage and we asked for a bigger garage. After weeks they granted us the larger garage with storage. Beleave it or not we were told we can not put our property in the garage and that we had to many vehicles and are not authorized on their property. (My son's car and motorcycle) my son parks in the street and my husband and son park their motorcycles in the garage along with my car and our personal property.
Discrimination
i was criticized for making ethnic food, comments were made by repair guy and property manager about my race and disability to the man in the apartment above us. If I would tell them about an issue about a damaged railing, door lock not working, rodents and bug infestation it was like I was a 4 year old babbling because nothing was ever done to fix it.
favoritism
Property manager lets only people than she makes friends with privileges than other people don't get like:
2 garages
extra parking passes
one guy has 3 motorcycles, a hummer, a mustang, a work truck, and his garage has tools and property stacked wall to wall ceiling to floor and even park in nonparking areas blocking the road and does nothing.
another guy was allowed to put servailenc cameras bolted into the walls of the balcony and an other lady had lights year round and her dog was let out on the balcony to bark all day but other could not even have a bug light, USA flags, christmass lights on their own balcony because it states in the retal agreement the there is to be no deveation from the rest of the property. There are people that have been told that dogs are not allowed in the balconies. Others put their dogs in the garage because they don't want to have a dog in the apartment and that is allowed.
This is by far the worst property manager I have ever met in my entire life.
I have had to take pictures and videos of the unfare practice that is performed by this property manager Kimberly Fox.
i have been threatened to be taken to court for slander and evicted if I complained to fair housing about her.
I had a medical emergency one night and was locked out because the door lock was not working and once I got in and went to sleep the man upstairs started to pound about an hour later. It was so loud that it felt and sounded as if he was going to fall through his floor my sealing. After an 45 minutes to an hour I got up and yelled out the window "shut up Mike, you a*****e I was calling the police" and I did that and wrote the property manager Kimberly Fox and her response was that I was getting a 10 day notice because i said what I said and people heard it. Although, it was a medical emergency she did not care and the door lock had to be fixed by my husband. They never came to fix it or even offer to fix or replace. My request was ignored.
when I told her that this guy Mike had pulled a gun on my and that I fevered for my life she told me that if I felt that way that I need to call the police because she can not get involved. I had called the police already. I had to get a restraining order for this man and his cameras videoing the inside of our apartment and our patio. Be leave it or not Kimerly Fox showed up at the court hearing "LATE" to take his side although she did not witness or do anything to help the situation. The judge cut her off and told her not to speak. I was awarded the restraining order and we got up to leave and the property manager Kimerly Fox looked at us as an enemy not as a tenent on her property. Kimberly fox then waited for her friend/tenant Mike and they left court together.
I did contact her boss and nothing was done. They don't seem to care about their tenets. It's just about the money and not a bit about making it a place present for the people and there pets.
I have been called crazy by the janitor and the property Manager Kimberly Fox!
