Benny's Moving & Storage TERRIBLE MOVERS Watertown, Massachusetts
Benny's Moving and Storage is an unscrupulous, unethical company. They'll give you smiles and friendly service to get you to book their services. Then, the day I signed on the dotted line, I became the enemy.
The prices seem to magically change without reason. Great. Then they were hours late picking up my stuff (no apology), then a DAY late delivering. REALLY? No call or explanation. I had to impose on a friend and stay on their sofa.
Several of my belongings were broken and when I tried to politely contact the owner, David Abotbool, he completely IGNORED me for several weeks. When I finally got him on the phone by giving the receptionist another name, he was so rude, I nearly fell off my chair.
This guy is a crook. AVOID BENNY'S MOVING AND STORAGE!

My Company is in business since 1992 and have excellent reputation A+ rating with the BBB and we are members of American Movers Association, Mass movers association and official sponsor of Walk for hunger, I am asking that you please remove my name from your site and my company name, if you have proof that this is legitimate complaint please have the customer call me and I will be happy to resolve any open claim, I would like to resolve it with you guys before taking legal action, I understand that you are doing good work to protect consumers and I appreciate your good work, but anyone can go on your site and write bad things about good companies and thats not right.
