BERKELEY Ripoff Fradulent Charge To My Credit Card Without Permission Cincinnati Ohio
This company Riped Me Off when I called them for a Free sample of Altovis. When I spoke to the customer service Assoc. she offerd me a one year special price to suscribe to the product. I told her NO and not to charge anything to my CC but the free sample. I did get the free sample but, one week later another package arrived.
I called the customer service Hot Line 866-834-1715 to let them know the shipped it by mistake. The Asso. Said I agreed to get the product because I did not read some kind of fine print on my first shipment. The Assoc. refused to credit my account or take the shippmet back. I called this Hot line 3 times trying to get someone to take care of me. The last time I spoke to Nick W., no one would give me their last name, Nick made a big joke out of my situation and even laughed a few times offering to take me out for a beer because he said I seemed like a nice guy. They did offer to credit me 1/2 35.00 out of 70.00 I refused and told them I was going to take action. And I will not stop till I am done.
