BEST CAR BUYS OVER CHARGING, PROMISES NOT KEPT, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE Denver Colorado
I purchased a 1998 Chevy Blazer 09/16/2005 total purchase price 11220.14. I put 2,500 down payment with the remaining balance to be financed 8220.14. A pick payment was due one month later of 500.00 so total down 3,000. My payments are 300.00 a month. Well first of all this was a low milage blazer having only 66,000 miles. Well after about a month EVERYTHING has gone wrong, alot I had to pay for but the major one they claimed to have fixed was the 4x4 switch, yeah right. I have had it in the shop 8 times now each time with the promise they will fix it.
Well because of this on going issue my X Mass was ruined because we had a blizzard and it would NOT go into 4 wheel drive AGAIN. I called and every time they figure out it is me concerning the demon blazer THEY HANG UP on me. I have alreday had over 4,000 worth of reapirs on this blazer and get this--- I have made EVERY payment of 300 a month and my blance after a year is still 9,609.15 Not only was this a lemon but they are over charging me... You do the math---11220.14 - 3000 = 8220.14 ok that is right so far now I have made 13 payments of 300 ea 300 x 13 = 3900 so I made 3000 down plus 3900 in payments which comes to 6900.00 so you take the 6900 - 8220.14 = 1320.14 now i understand there is also the finance charge which they have down as 2658.33 the amount the credit will cost me so now add 2658.33 + 1320.00 = 3978.47 so answer me on how in the hell I still owe 9,609.15????
I feel they are scaming me, they DO NOT report to your credit report and seem to deal with shady types of people, yes they give people with not so great credit a chance but come on how much are they taking me for?
