OGM THIS COMPNAY IS A SCAM AND I FELL FOR IT!!!! I used to use them when they were called Merchant Direct Services for a very short time, and after i realized everything the rep told me was a lie i left and went back to my previous compnay but then 2 years later I am approached by Best Rates Direct, and it wasnt until I signed up with them and recieved some mail that I realized they were out of davison and are the same compnay only hdiing under a different name...ahhhhhhhhh ! I didnt let them install it! Do not let them install the machine and do not do the verbal verification. If you do that, then you are stuck in there 60 month contract that you cant get out of because the equipment gets bought out by a different compnay. JUST TRUST YOUR EYES and EARS " DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY"

Mr Derthick,
As a former customer - I will support a general fact that your firm facilitates many less than desirable ways to generate revenues.
Don't put it on your employees. Anyone that has dealt with your company with even a remote ability to read between the lines - can see there is methodology in place to one end - taking monies by any means necessary.
Just in trying to close my account with you folks, your delay tactics and charges that should have NEVER been made after the closure runaround - have cost me hundreds in NSF fees, and HOURS away from running my business dealing with the mess.
And I didn't leave because I was happy with your company....... a lot more to it.
If it so much as requires my personal presence in your home state's AG office - the issue is not a dead one.
Bob, there are past thousands of complaints about your firm.
Maybe rather than defense - you need some offense - to fix the holes.

Rip Off Report .Com is an excellent forum for disgruntled ex-employees to air their griefs, troubles and opinions. Readers of this type of blog should always bare in mind, just because negative statements are made doesn't nescessarily mean they are true.
If ex-employees have legitimate complaints we have a legal system more than happy to address any and all issues they may have. Likewise, merchants have the same opportunity to use the legal system including the Better Business Bureau, whereby we have a Stellar Rating.
It is very interesting that ex-employees who make defaming statements rarely ever give their full legal names. When this occures, who is actually doing the hiding? It is very unfortunate that in business you can't please everyone even though that is your goal. I think most business owners that have been around for any length of time understand this statement: You simply can't please everyone!
