The Better Business Bureau of Arizona has made an effort on a few occasions to suggest that our company modify our company policy and return policy in order to better assist with customers that do not follow the rules. The Better Business Bureau of Arizona strongly indicated that if our company did not make a "good faith" effort for a customer that was outside our return policy the BBB of Arizona would imply on their website that our attention to this matter would result in a negative rating.

First of all, our current rating is an A+ and we are not a member. The BBB would like us to purchase membership in order to avoid future problems. We presently do not have problems, so this is very unusual. The BBB of Arizona, in all it's effort is going to give our company a negative rating because we are not apart of their Accredited Membership group and do not desire such membership. We do not have any issues with our several thousand customers and have no need to purchase their membership in order to satisfy a customer who has not made an effort to comply with our return policy and this is what it is all about... a return policy that the BBB or Arizona seems to feel needs to be adjusted when any customer really does not return merchandise within a timely manner of 14 days- not 60 days, 14 days!

Additionally and secondly, the BBB of Arizona has suggested that if we were members our issue would not be an issue due to our acceptance into the Accredited program. All we have to do is make a membership purchase and we will not have customer complaints, even though we only have a single complaint since Jan 2011. Amazing, pay a membership to the BBB and receive a pass for any future complaints, don't pay the membership and the BBB will give us a negative rating "F" for a single complaint.

Now when you compare this with a company that is accredited and their are many that I will not mention that have membership (Accredited), you may also notice these companies all have A+ ratings and most of these same companies do not have just a single complaint, they often have up to 15000. The majority have 500 complaints on average and continue to have A+ ratings! For a small business to have only a single complaint or even a few and experience an "F" rating when they are not members of the BBB is extortion by the BBB and the BBB or Arizona is the worst!

The BBB or Arizona is participating is a fraud scheme to mislead a review system and providing negative implications to a business based not on fact, but on "fees". Keep in mind, the complaint we received is fully documented and the customer is in the wrong based upon the posted return policy. However, because we are not members, it does not matter is the customer is wrong or wright - we are not members of the Accreditation program and therefore, any complaint will result in a negative rating by the Better Business Bureau.

Does this sound fair, honest and logical - only to those who are either complaining and trying to receive results by any means necessary and only to the BBB for which imposes a fee based rating system.

The Better Business Bureau is a scheme - fraudulent scheme - and they cannot be trusted!

I had an issue with a company back in the 90's and I contacted the BBB. They were of no help to me and monies were gone and never to be seen again from the company I complained about. Now when I have a complaint, I go right to my Attorney Generals Office in my state. BBB sucks!
