I returned a Ionic Fresh Breeze Air Purifier in April 2010, in December I called because it started making a high pitched noise I returned the machine in December, didn't get another fresh breeze air purifier back until late January. I called within a week of having it back because the machine they sent to me was not the unit I sent to them, it was used and didn't work. I was told by Boyd (the owner) that he needed to talk with Anna (owner, wife) to see what was going on. Two Weeks later I had to call and get a hold of Anna, at that point she said that she would send me out another insert because it may be what was wrong with the machine. I have not received anything and I have left over 5 messages that NO ONE has returned. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau for that area, they stated that they had sent me a part, they never did, and that they offered me an exchange, which they did not. If I received the part or was offered a machine, why would I have filed a complaint. I could not get them to return any phone call. I had a friend call from his cell phone which had a different area code than me, leaving a message that he was interested in purchasing from them, just 5 minutes after I left a message to please return my call so we could fix this issue, Boyd called my friend back within 10 minutes. I got on the phone and asked him what was happening and he said he would get me out the part right away, and promised that he would return my phone call and keep me up to date on what they were doing to resolve this. That was at least a month ago, with not a single email or phone call or part. Before Boyd got hurt this company seemed like a great company to deal with, now I receive someone else's broken unit, get promised to be sent something that should fix it, and don't and then not even one phone call is returned. THIS WAS A GREAT UNIT, I WAS GOING TO BUY AT LEAST 2 MORE FOR MY HOUSE, UNTIL THIS.
