BetterNBeyond.com Collect money for premium massage tool and receive a basic version, not willing to exchange or refund
We placed an order of their electric scraping massager - premium version (red-6 gears with lcd, order number: cg435068 on 5-26-2020. However, we received a basic version with lower price. We thought they shipped wrong item so requested for return / exchange with the right one. BetterNbeyond.com didn’t even want to provide their contact phone number, only one email address was available.
After several email exchanges, all we received was: "Hello, In your case, we will review and ask the manager about this order. It may take a few days, we will contact you as soon as possible." it is now 6/23/2020 and they still refuse to provide any update or exchange / refund. No email replied and no service email followed up. Beware if you see their ad on Instagram or Facebook because this company would just get your money and ship something else to you; without having any after sale service and don’t even be responsible for the product they sell. Can’t believe we have this kind seller / company stealing people’s money like this! Stay away!
