Complaint Review: Bettie Hultquist - Montgomery Texas

I use to work for Mrs. Hultquist back at this time and I remember having to clean this house after you moved out. I don't know what you consider "Clean" but I remember the house stunk very badly of dog and cigarette's. The carpet had to be deep cleaned. The bathroom's were filthy and the oven in the kitchen took me quiet awhile to get clean. The yard was even a mess in which I know she had to hire a lawn service to clean up. As far as paying your rent on time just because you mail your rent on the day its due and date the check the same day does not mean your landlord received it on its due date. Everyone knows when you rent you have your rent in your landlords hand the day its due or it's considered late. Also, I don't blame Mrs. Hultquist for not installing an alarm system in your "RENTED" house. Most security companies require a contract and If you decided to move out early or what have you Mrs. Hultquist would have been stuck paying for your system. You know I could understand if you had a "REAL" reason to complain against this lady but after reading your report, especially the last part about you were "really depending on that money". In my opinion you just sound like a person who cant manage their own money and in return makes up false accusation's and statement's against other's to try and profit from them. Mrs. Hultquist was alway's a very classy and witty lady and I miss having her as a boss. If it were not for her hiring me to clean her rent houses (and working around my schedule) I never would have been able to afford to finish my classes.
