Beverly Carrier of SavOnToursHawaii.com (phone *** *** ****) is a liar and a thief and very rude, a scammer.
She made a mistake on my Hawaii Shark Cage Tour by giving me the wrong direction and instead of trying to fix it she had lied to me and avoided many of my calls. She tried to put the blame on me and then she tried to blame it on Hawaii Shark Cage Tour. Hawaii Shark Cage Tour said I needed to contact the agent because I had purchased from the agent and not from them directly, so I tried to call her but she kept hanging up on me as soon as she knew it was me. I tried to look for her address but she only has a P.O. Box listed. She did not have any physical address so all I could do was just keep calling her, which she kept hanging up.
She finally answered and told me that there was a fee for rescheduling, which I felt bad about but I went along. I was told that I would get a return call. I called each day but was told to wait. She left a bad taste that she scammed me out of $200. I called again to see if something can be done and she told me “Save it for someone who cares!” and hung up on me. I knew my tone was not too friendly with the stress and all but when she said this, it was just so rude.
She loves to sell but she will not help you when a problem arises and especially when it is her fault. Instead, she will try to blame you as she had done to me. I am sure I am not the only one as I see many other complaints on the internet about her.

This complaint is filed by a competitor who has been posting similar reports all over the internet. His business is failing and instead of concentrating on improving his business he attempts to discredit his competition.
Sav-On Tours HAS NOT HAD PHONE SUPPORT for over a year. All of our communications are done via email.
He claims there was an error on his shark cage booking and kept calling Sav-On Tours and we kept hanging up on him. If we do not have phone support, how could we hang up on him?!
We do not provide directions to any of our activities, we simply supply the vendor's address.
It is sad that he is so unprofessional and insecure in his own businesses that he attempts to defame another company.
Get a life.....
