On February 28 I placed an order for a dress for my wife, on March 10, 2015 no package and I called the company to get a tracking number. I was informed they do not have nor use tracking numbers and I said where is my product and was told they use the funds I paid to order the dress from another company.
The company said this is how they conduct business of receiving orders, collecting payment and than they place an order with a company that does have the item the person wanted. I informed the company this is unlawful and known as a "bait and switch" as the consumer is not dealing directly with the seller. I said to cancel the order and never to contact me and I also contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. Never deal with Beyond the Rack.
