I purchased a pair of FOCAL CMS 65 monitors NEW and they send me one new one and one used one with crushed silica all over, ripped open plastics bags with missing screws. The ON/OFF switch was on and the volume had been turned up.

 

Stay away from this reseller and their illegal prcatices.

Why is there missing parts and the packaging was open? I emailed your team and no one responded.

Maybe your shipping dept opned it up.. They have been used.

Doing RMA's and having me eat shipping and insurance on a return and then have no equipment is not easy.

What is one monitor going to do for me.. You have wasted my time and failed to reach out to me.

You are just covering your mistakes.

Thank you for your order and this feedback. We regret your dissatisfaction. You ordered two FOCMS65 = Focal CMS 65 6.5" Active 2-Way Studio Monitors. The serial numbers of the units we sent, taken from bar codes the manufacturer affixed to the package, were A1AIZF104876 and A1AIZF104814. According to our sales database both were brand new and shipped to you as we received them. it is simple enough to get return authorization for exchange or refund by email or telephone or our online self-service return option.
